An Item Adjustment can be performed on the humble Till App to adjust stock in to or out of the store.
An adjustment out can be processed in instances were stock needs to be moved out of the store due to spoilage, damage or theft.
To process an Item Adjustment on the humble Till App follow the steps below
1. On the Till screen navigate to and click on the Stock icon located at the top of the screen.

1. On the Till screen navigate to and click on the Stock icon located at the top of the screen.
2. On the Stock screen, click on the Adjustment Out button located on the left side of the screen. Once clicked a grey Item Adjustment box will appear in the middle of the screen, click on the grey Adjustment Out box and a detailed Item Adjustment form will appear on the right side of the screen.
3. Fill in the relevant information required in the Adjustment form. Add a Reference for your Adjustment Out
4. To select the necessary products click on Select Items, and then click on the Add Item icon located at the top right corner of the screen to bring up the product list.
5. Click on a product to select it. To alter the quantity click on the product line and choose Change Quantity.
Once all products have been chosen click on the back arrow located at the top left side of the screen to return to the Adjustment form.
6. To confirm the Item Adjustment navigate to and click on the Process button located at the bottom right side of the Adjustment box, a pop up box will appear to confirm the Item Adjustment - click on Process.
7. Once the Item Adjustment is processed an Adjustment Report will appear on the screen. To email this report navigate to and click on the Three Dots located on the top right side of the screen and choose the Send File option.
