humble Till Analytics on Android:

The humble Analytics App allows you are to track, measure and compare all sales completed in your stores.

The humble Analytics dashboards are easy to access and you can view it at any time of the day, wherever in the world you find yourself. Allowing you to compare stats from your sales activity against set goals, which is great for analyzing which product are moving faster than others, which in turn allows you too gain a real insight into what is working for your business.

The humble Analytics App can be downloaded from the App Store for iOS devices: humble Analytics for Android

 

Once the humble Analytics app has been downloaded onto either your Android Phone or Tablet a pop up box will appear - "Retail Analytics does not require any special permissions" - Please click on Accept.

You will be asked to login to your humble Analytics App by simply entering in your username and password, the same one you would use to log into your humble Till. Once you have entered them, simply click on Sign In.

Once you have logged in you will be taken to the main dashboard of the humble Analytics. This will show you an overview of sales made in your store for the day, these include:

TODAYS SALES:

This includes the TURNOVER TODAY total amount, the GROSS PROFIT TODAY total amount as well as the figure for the % AGAINST TODAYS TARGET. These figures will include the VAT Amount on items sold during the day. This view is expandable further.

TODAYS TRANSACTIONS:

Includes the tender types and amounts for sales made during the day. These figures will include the VAT Amount on sales made during the day. This view is expandable further.

MONTH TO DATE:

This includes figures for TURNOVER MTD, the GROSS PROFIT MTD and % AGAINST TARGET MTD.

TOP CUSTOMERS:

This will reflect your top buying cash and account customers in-store for the day.

TOP CATEGORIES:

This will reflect your top selling item categories in-store for the day.

TOP SELLING PRODUCTS TODAY:

This will reflect your top selling items in-store for the day.

TRADING DENSITY:

This reflects the sales per m2 or ft2 as well as the gross profit per m2 or ft2.

TOP SALES PERSON:

This will reflect your top selling sales person in-store for the day.

STOCK ON HAND:

This shows you the current cost value of all the stock currently in-store.

If you have more than one store in your company, simply click on the down arrow in the top centre of your screen and select the store you would like to view.

The humble Analytics App allows you to set the square meterage of feet of your store which allows you to see the trading density of your store through the month, you can also set targets for the Gross Profit or Turnover amounts within store per day. per week and per month. You can also setup notifications to notify you of when a cash-up has been cancelled or completed in-store as well as when you reach targets setup.

To start, simply navigate to and click on the menu button in the top left hand corner of the screen. Then simply click on the Settings Tab.

5. Firstly enter in a figure for the store size in the tab provided, and then simply select either tab, if you would like this shown on your humble Analytics Dashboard in Meters or Feet.

Next, enter in a daily, weekly or a monthly target for both Gross Profit and Turn Over for your store.

Turn on the notifications that you would like to receive, this includes when a cash-up is cancelled, when a cash-up is completed in store and when you reach your daily, weekly or monthly targets set for Gross Profit and Turn Over.

As mentioned earlier, the tabs for both TODAYS SALES and TODAYS TRANSACTIONS are both expandable. To expand the view of either simply click on the '+' in the top right hand corner of each tab, or simply click on the menu button in the top right hand corner of the humble Analytics Dashboard and select either Today's Sales or Today's Transactions.

The expanded view of TODAYS SALES will give you an in depth view into sales made in your store that can be broken down even further.

On the top centre of the screen you have a choice of three date filters - Day, Week or Month

We have also included a further four filters - Sales, Items Sold, Turnover or Gross Profit. The sales filter will reflect the amount of sales done for the date selected, the Item Sold filter will breakdown the number of items sold per the date selected, the turnover filter will show the amount of turn over done for the date selected and the Gross Profit filter, the amount of Gross Profit made for the date selected.

If the Day filter has been selected it will highlight which is your busiest hour of the day as well as the slowest hour of the day, which can be used to best determine when additional staff may be needed during the day.

You will also see a Gross Profit % amount for the day, an average transaction value for sales made for the day as well as an average number of products per sale. We have also included a figure for the number of sales made for that day. 

We show the top 4 selling products for the day.

In the Week or Month filter it will highlight which is your busiest day and your slowest day.

The TODAYS TRANSACTIONS screen also allows for you to search for completed cash-ups on your humble Till.

To do this simply select the day, month and year of the cash-up you are looking for. 

Once you have found it, simply click on the cash-up line under the search results on the top right hand corner of your screen.

This will give you a detailed view of the cash-up completed in store.

This included the amounts that were declared in the cash-up, any customer account payments that were received any pay-outs that were made and any refunds that were processed on the humble Till for the day.
