Create and process a Supplier Order on your humble webTill:

Need to order more stock from your supplier ? You can do this by creating and processing a supplier order on your humble webTill.

To start, click on the on the Stock Tab located at the top left of your screen.

Once you are on the Stock Tab, click on the Supplier Order button on the left hand side of the screen and then click on the green New Supplier Order tab.

Once clicked a new Supplier Order will appear on the right side of the screen.

First off, click on Supplier and select the supplier from the drop down list that you would like to order from.

Next, click on Reference and enter a unique reference for the supplier order. Once done click on Select Items to start adding products to the Supplier Order.

Navigate to and click on the Add Item Tab located at the top right of the screen to access the product list, and then navigate and click on the products to select them.

If you need to update the products quantity, click in the box labelled Quantity and type in the new quantity, you also have the option of updating the Unit Cost and or Unit Selling Price of each product by clicking on the boxes.

Once all the products have been added, click on OK in the bottom right hand corner to return to the previous screen.

To process this Supplier Order navigate to and click on Process located at the bottom right side of the Order Box. A pop up box will appear and ask you to confirm the Supplier Order.

To process, click Process.

Once processed, a PDF of the Supplier Order will appear, which can either be printed or saved and emailed directly to your supplier.

Once you have processes a Supplier Order, the humble webTill will automatically create an unprocessed Supplier Invoice, which can be viewed and processed once you have received the stock in-store.
