Enabling DHCP (assign an IP) to your Epson Printer:

To get your Epson Slip Printer paired with the humble webTill using your Wi-Fi Router, you will need to first enable DHCP on your printer.

Follow the guide below to complete this:

Ensure your laptop, desktop or Mac is connected to the Wi-Fi Signal from your in store router.

Next, please download the EpsonNet Config drivers which you can do by clicking here.

Once theEpsonNet Config drivers have downloaded successfully, click on Run and accept all the prompts to install the EpsonNet Config drivers to your laptop, desktop or Mac.

Turn your Epson receipt printer on and connect it to your Wi-Fi Router using an ethernet cable.

Navigate to and click on the Start Button in the bottom left hand corner of your PC. Search for and click on EpsonNet file, follow that by clicking on the EpsonNet Config V4 File, and finally, click on EpsonNet Config.

Please be sure to wait a few minutes whilst EpsonNet searches for and picks up your printer.

If after a few minutes it still has not found your printer, double check that your printer is powered on and the ethernet cable is plugged in to your router and click Refresh.

Once EpsonNet picks up your printer, click on the device (highlighting the device) and then navigate to and click on Configuration.

On the left of your screen, navigate to TCP/IP and click on Basic.

Click on "Automatic" and make sure that there is a tick next to - "Set using Automatic Private IP Addressing (APIPA)"

Follow that by clicking on Transmit on the bottom of the page.

You will be prompted by a pop up screen to ensure that the printer is in an idle state. Navigate to and click on OK.

The new settings will be transmitted to your printer. Once it shows 100% click on OK.

Once complete, click on Refresh and your printer will now show as having an IP Address. Please take note of the new IP Address from your Printer. This will allow the humble webTill to pick up your printer.
