This function can be used to process a transfer in or to create a transfer out between sites.
On the Till screen navigate to and click on the Stock Icon located at the top of your screen.
On the Stock page navigate to and click on the green Transfer button located on the left side of the page. Once clicked a grey Transfer box will appear in the middle of the screen, click on the grey Transfer Box and a detailed Transfer form will appear on the right side of the screen.
Click on Store and select the other site you will be transferring stock too.
Next, enter in a unique reference in the space provided.
The Stock Direction line refers to the direction in which you are transferring the stock.
If you are transferring stock out of your store click on Transfer Out, this will decrease the Stock On Hand quantities, this will also automatically create an unprocessed Transfer In on the selected site. When the stock arrives it can the be counted and processed.
** Please note: a Transfer In cannot be processed without first creating a corresponding Transfer Out from the secondary site. By doing this will increase the on-hand quantity of the receiving site, however, will not decrease the on-hand quantity for the second site. **
Click on Items to add items to your transfer.
Navigate to and click on the magnifying glass located at the top right of the screen to access the product list, click on the product to select it.
Once the products have been chosen their quantities can be altered by clicking on the product line and choosing Change Quantity.
Once all your products have been added, navigate to and click on the back arrow located at the top left side of the screen to return to the Transfer Form.
To process this Transfer navigate to and click on process located at the bottom right side of the Transfer Box. A pop up box will appear and ask you to confirm the Transfer, click Process.
Once processed a PDF of the Transfer Out/ In will appear on your screen. To email this, simply navigate to and click on the Action Key in the top right side of the screen and choose the Mail option.
As mentioned, processing a Transfer Out, this will automatically create an unprocessed Transfer In on the selected site.
When the stock arrives it can the be counted and processed.
