Adding companies to Sage One Accounting:

On the humble Till you can have multiple Sites under one account. This means that your Sites (or "Branches") share the same item information, item pricing, customer information and supplier information.

 Follow the steps below to add Companies to your Sage One Accounting profile

There are two situations in which you may want to create a new company.

  • Creating your first company; and
  • Creating additional companies. 

When you first sign up for Sage One Accounting, your company will be created using the information that you enter in the signup process. You will then enter more details in the Company Settings screen.




New companies are created from the Open and Manage Companies screen by clicking on the Company button.




 After clicking on the Add Company button, the following screen wizard will appear. Enter in the name of your new company, the postal and physical address and you can also enter in the company's banking details.




If you'd like company logo to be displayed on your documents, you can upload it on the Branding, you can alos select the layout of invoices you would like to use, either Classic/ Modern or Plain.




If you'd like to allow your customers to view invoices, quotes as well as their account history online, you can enable these options on the Financial Details. Select your financial year as well as your company's VAT settings in the Financial Details screen. and click on the Finish button to create the company. 

Once you have added your new company and logged into it, your new company's dashboard will appear.
