Setting up Kitchen Printing on your humble Till:

If you sell products that need to be prepared in a different part of your store and would like to set up a separate printer in another part of the store. Follow the simple steps below to set up "kitchen printing" on your humble Till.

"Kitchen Printing" requires you to assign specific categories to print to a particular printer. When you create aproduct that you would like to print to the secondary printer, ensure that the product is assigned to the correct category.

To assign a Category to a printer, navigate to and click on the Settings tab, followed by clicking on Categories on the left side of your screen.

Select the category from the list.

Once you have selected Tap on Print Sales to Kitchen Printer.

You will be presented with a list of your printers. Tap on the name of the printer you want the products in the category to print to.

You can repeat this process with as many categories as required.

Once you have assigned all the categories to print to the secondary printer, any products associated with that category will print to the secondary printer if that products is used in either a stored or completed sale.

As mentioned, if you select to a store a sale, a slip including the products will print to the secondary printer.

If you need to add more products to that sale, you can select Load Sale and add any additional products to the sale. If the additional products are also in a "kitchen printer" category, only the additional products will print to the secondary printer.

If you complete the sale, the invoice will print on the Main Slip printer.
